Additional Information

Tuition is your MONTHLY payment which includes school and extended hours that you have chosen for your child. Tuition paid is non-refundable but is prorated in the case of new students. There is no credit given for days missed due to illness or vacation during the 11 month school year. Annual tuition is divided into 11 equal payments for your convenience and offers an 8% discount if paid in full by June 1st or a 5% discount if paid in full by August 1st.

Tuition is due on the first day of each month and will be processed electronically from the bank account of your choice. Cash may be used for initial registration fees but we will not accept checks or cash as forms of tuition payment. We use Tuition Express to conveniently, safely, and efficiently process payments. You will receive all the necessary information upon registration. Late fees apply only if your account has insufficient funds. NSF charge is $25 in addition to our late payment fees for the first NSF, $50 and up for each additional NSF payment.

Books for each child are for use while here at Pride & Joy Learning Center. The books remain the property of Pride & Joy Learning Center in the event a child is prematurely withdrawn.

Linen Fees are due three times a year (see schedule above). Please observe due dates as late fees apply to Linen Fees as well. Linen fees will be automatically deducted from your account on due dates.

Extra Hours Fees: Occasionally, you may need to leave your child with us longer than your scheduled pickup time. Your child may stay for the fee of $15 an hour, or portion of an hour, payable monthly. Extra hour fees are charged beginning 10 minutes after scheduled pickup time. For children remaining after closing time, there will be a $15.00 per 5 minute charge.
